Excellent Indonesian restaurant a little off the beaten track. Great rice tables, reasonably (but not cheap) priced. Staff are very friendly. Probably the best Indonesian restaurant I've been to in Amsterdam. Very popular, so you will need to book.

The rijstafel here was amazing. Tujuh Maret next door is also good but not quite up to TD's standards. Those not used to Indonesian food watch out: the last dish is unbelievably hot; in the event of spontaneous combustion, ask for some guava juice, which puts the fire out as if by magic!
