Heineken Hoek

On summer evenings, this is the meeting place for Amsterdammers going home, so, if you want to eat outside, go early. The menu is varied, as are the prices, but the quality is good. Service, even in the busy early evening, is very good and friendly.If you want a fairly light meal and a cool beer, in a first-class location, go there. It isn't the cheapest place but, in that part of town, that's not aa bad thing.
