The quality, flavour and freshness of the food was an unexpected but very pleasant surprise on our first visit to Fidelios. So good, in fact, that we had brunch there on each morning of our three day stay, and dinner on two of our three nights in Amsterdam. I would recommend it very highly indeed.

I live in the USA but travel frequently to the Netherlands,Whenever I am in Amsterdam,I visit Fidelio.I like the relaxed athmosphere and the friendly staff.I recommend the Fidelio to my friends and so far everybody agrees with me.
