It was one of the best meals I had in my life. I am a very picky eater. I have eaten at Michel Rostang in Paris and Michel Richard in Washington, DC. To me, food has to look pretty (presentation), smell good and of course taste good. I never had Indonesian food before, I love Thai and Vietnamese food so I had to try this while in Amsterdam. This was close to the hotel where we stayed (The College Hotel). The experience was WONDERFUL
