In an expensive city, Pompa is a diamond restaurant.
It is friendly, relaxed, informal and the food is great.
I have been there several times now and its location in the museum quarter make an ideal pit stop for food or a drink.
When the weather is warmer, the outdoor seating is great too!

My recent visit to Amsterdam was complete with fine dining at Pompa. Boryana made it all the better as she was an excellent waitress. I'm looking forward to revisiting the Pompa (and Boryana), next time I'm in Amsterdam.
