Mehtap

I emigrated from The Netherlands to South Africa and when we went to Amsterdam for holidays, I looked up where to go for the best shoarma in town and it seemed to be Mehtap. And it is the BEST! We came here in the one week we were in Amsterdam, many many times. Eating in their restaurant and for takeaways. The staff was very friendly when I told them I had seen reviews on Iens and that some people recommended that the best shoarma was here at Mehtap. They offered us a Turkish coffee and tea. Very friendly! The nice thing is that you can easily go by tram from Central Station and for tourists, going by tram, is a little adventure.

When we come to Amsterdam in 2011, we will certainly frequent Mehtap again.
