Nice interior design but very loud atmosphere. Friendly but inattentive service - you have to say everything thrice. Food is quite ok but not extraordinary. They have only 3 red and 3 white wines open. Definite no place where really hip locals are going. I give 4 points (out of 10) for the value for money.

A fantastic choice. The menu is a somewhat small, but, all choices are fantastic. I highly recommend the veal as a main, it's tender and it is accompanied by lovely rich sauce. The atmosphere is hip yet cozy. The staff is friendly and attentive. The prices are as expected in a trendy place with decent food. The house wine is surprisingly good for the price. I can't think of a bad thing to say about the place.

The room looks good - I believe it's a converted bank? Very spacious and airy - except for the Dutch propensity to chain smoke through dinner. The food was great - we both had fish for starters and mains and it was super-fresh and well-cooked. Really keenly priced (just moved from London) so by comparison, this place is a real bargain. Service was ok too - for Amsterdam. Definitely would recommend this place
