After reading such rave reviews, it is a disappointment. However, all in all, for a meal (including drinks) under 15 Euro, it's not a total disaster. It is more popular than it should be. You won't be impressed, yet, you won't leave terribly disappointed either. If you do go, they don't take reservations for small parties, so, you may need to wait. The wait usually isn't too terrible, there are a fair amount of tables.

This was such a dissapointment to us, the pancakes were stodgy the filling tasteless.
We were sat next to the open plan kitchen which just smelt of fat being fried constantly.
Came out feeling flat
