This cafe restaurant is right by the Rembrandt House. I found it by chance and thought the appeltaart they served was one of the best desserts I have ever had in my life. I would love to have this recipe. They told me it won a prize for best pastry in Amsterdam. I also enjoyed a delicious paprikash soup and a very fine cup of coffee. I was there Dec. 8th, 2006. Atmosphere was quite inviting and gezellig.
