A really great place to sample Dutch dishes as well as several International plates at a surprisingly realistic price.
A Grande Cafe style restaurant , spotlessly clean with pleasant service. In the summer there is a large outside terrace where all meals and drinks can be taken.
Snacks and starters start from around 5 e. and main corses from around 10 e. There is a small but adequate wine list that is not over-priced. Having eaten there several times I have no hesitation in recommending it.
Some of my favorite dishes , Steamed Nile Perch with lemon Sauce , Fillet of Porc in a Mushroom sauce and Traditional Smoked Salmon on a Salad bed.The erwtensoep ( Thick Pea , Ham and Sauage Soup ) is well worth trying as is the Sate. As well as all this if you just fancy a snack try the fresh made pancakes with several different filling.
The restaurant is open all day every day from breakfast till around 10pm.
