Het Melkmeisje

This place is charming. We visit here every time we're in Amsterdam and are usually the only tourists in the place. It's a pleasure sharing space with super-civilized Dutch diners (business people, groups of friends or co-workers, older couples with their dogs lying at their feet, etc, etc) who are quietly enjoying themselves. The food, wine, and service are all very fine. Highly recommended.
