Pints & Plates

Without doubt the most disappointing meal Ive ever had in Amsterdam. The Mixed fried seafood consisted of , battered prawns, musscles and squid bundled onto a plate of limp lettuce and a slice of cucumber and tomatoe. The waiter who I believed to be Belgian brought the wrong wine and refused to change it , insisting it was the only Chainti they stocked , despite there being two different ones on the menu.
It was impossible to make him understand that I wanted the other one !

This little gem provided the perfect end to a more than satisfying day. The food and service were both excellent, whilst the washroom facilities were of a standard far beyond anything I've ever encountered.

The food was very good!
Best italian restaurant I've visited in Amsterdam. (I went to 3 or 4 others, but don't recall their names, mostly around Damrak)
I also found that we didn't have to wait long for our orders.
(even though it was on a crowdy Saturday)
So, I'll remember this place, next time I'm in Amsterdam!
