Haesje Claes

An excellent restaurant. We were a group of 19 persons, ages ranging from 5 to 73 years, celebrating a 50th Wedding Anniversary, so it was a special occasion. The Haesje Claes Restaurant did not let us down. We booked the White Dining room, and it worked out perfectly. We were a noisy group but having our private room did not disturb the other people, and since none of us were smokers we were able to enjoy a smoke- free room, which was also very important for us. The menu is vast and the food was excellent, from the starters to the desserts. The prices very reasonable. The staff were very friendly, helpful and patient and went out of their way to help make this a memorable evening for us. We were very glad to have chosen this restaurant.

been several times before and going again 4April for wifes birthday.Shes taking the staff over after christmas like she did this year.

Good, old fashioned Dutch restaurant. Perfect for solid winter food on a cold day. Very popular with the locals and well priced. Servings are big and you can't go without trying their ertwensoep (pea and ham soup with sausage) - a real winter warmer.
